Competitor's HMW Black liners compared to HMW Blue Stripe
Black dye is used in the Black liner to cover up reused or reground plastic, so you can never be certain what you are getting.
HMW Blue Stripe is 100% virgin HMW. We don't use any dyes and we don't use a cheaper reused plastic to make our Blue Stripe.
HMW Black liners absorb more heat. Because of the Black color, Black liners will absorb more sunlight causing bubbling in the liner. The increased temperature range will also cause the liner to expand and contract to greater extremes, causing additional wear to the liner over time.
HMW Blue Stripe is a natural color to minimize the amount of sunlight absorption. Blue Stripe also contains UV stabilizer to protect the liner from sunlight which can cause liners to crack over time.
